As a practicing attorney, Brian counseled domestic and international business leaders for over 20 years. He understands the challenges of running a business and has helped owners through the highs and lows of building and growing their businesses. He was member of a team of attorneys involved in due diligence and post merger integration of dozens of merger transactions ranging from the $10 million to some in excess of $1 billion dollars. He helped develop integration strategies with top management and met with hundreds of key employees.

Brian uses his high level of expertise and experience to assist owners of middle market companies, with $5-75 million dollars in sales, successfully through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He learned during the tech-boom merger craze, that a merger or divestiture can only be successful if all parties benefit.

Brian Reilly possesses a BA from the State University of New York at Stonybrook and a Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York. He is licensed to practice law in the states of New York, Connecticut, North Carolina and the District of Columbia. Mr. Reilly holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbel (the highest professional and ethical rating.)

David Boykin works directly with business owners, stakeholders and board members of middle market (domestic & international) companies as they consider exit strategies for their business.  Since David has spent the past 10 years in middle market M & A, he understands the dynamics and the nuances of dealing with buyers and sellers.  David provides Transact clients with a wealth of successful transactional experience in deal structure, contract negotiations, due diligence management, valuations, transition planning and business operations.

David Boykin understands the challenges of business ownership and the issues involved with exiting a business.  David has been involved in every facet of business ownership, from start-ups to acquisitions to turnarounds. David has developed the unique ability to identify and acquire under performing or stagnant companies and turn then into highly profitable businesses. In addition to successfully negotiating transaction for our clients, David has completed over 15 buy/sell transactions for his own companies.

David holds BSBA Degree in Marketing from Western Carolina University. David serves as a board member and advisor for several privately held companies.  In addition, David is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in the state of North Carolina.
