Prior to joining Transact Partners in 2011, Mehul served as a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant with Chicago based Andover Capital Advisors where he helped execute a number of middle market transactions. In addition to representing both buyers and sellers, Mehul actively sourced debt and equity financings for the firm’s clients. Before joining Andover Capital Advisors, he worked at a small-middle market investment bank working as a Valuation Analyst.
His broad based education and experience in valuation, deal structuring, and research skills are what make Mehul an important asset to Transact Partners.
Mehul graduated from the University of Toledo from which he holds a Bachelors in Corporate Finance, International Business and Strategic Management. He has successfully attained the accredited valuation analyst (AVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
