Rajib has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, strategic planning and operations management. His diverse background, education, skills, network and experience provide valuable and insightful support to Transact Partners M&A transactions. His expertise includes sourcing middle market companies, analyzing/educating potential clients and completing private business sale transactions. Rajib has broad experience in both domestic and international deal making as well as advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. His industry experience includes enterprise software, business services, medical devices, energy, manufacturing, semiconductors, environmental remediation and consumer products.
Rajib holds a BS degree in computer science and is in the process of obtaining a Masters in Finance from Long Island University.
